ON MEASURES TO IMPLEMENT ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY

Since the first days of state independence, Kazakhstan has been purposefully following the course of creating effective anti-corruption mechanisms that meet international standards. Improving the effectiveness of measures taken to combat corruption, promoting the ideology of decency and honesty, eliminating the causes and conditions that contribute to the commission of corruption offenses are the main priorities of our country. This was repeatedly mentioned by the Head of State K.K. Tokayev in his speeches at meetings on the fight against corruption.

In order to implement the anti-corruption policy and improve legislation in the field of anti-corruption, the Institute of Parliamentarism signed a Memorandum of cooperation with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Anti-Corruption.

Currently, a number of policy documents aimed at combating corruption are being implemented, and international cooperation in the field of anti-corruption activities is actively carried out.

Within the framework of this Memorandum of Cooperation, the parties plan to provide each other with mutual assistance and assistance in the exchange of legal, analytical, scientific, statistical information in the field of anti-corruption legislation.

Strengthening our constructive partnership in the fight against corruption is one of the key measures to implement the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
