INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

One of the strategic directions of the Institute's activity is the establishment of cooperation with scientific and state organizations of other countries for joint activities (scientific research, conferences, seminars, etc.) on the issues of improvement of law-making activity.

Agreements and memoranda are concluded with partners on the basis of the agreements reached, and a Register of international partner organizations is kept.

At present, business contacts are being established with the research structures of the parliaments of the CIS countries and the European Parliamentary Research and Documentation Center.

In particular, memorandums of cooperation were concluded with the Institute of Legislative Problems and Parliamentary Studies under the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Parliamentary Institute of Pakistan and the Georgian Parliamentary Research Center (GPRC).

International experience, as well as the successful practice of legislative activity of parliaments of a number of OECD countries indicate the key role of the latest information technologies in the lawmaking process.

In this aspect, the Institute aims to study the experience of implementing artificial intelligence tools and to carry out key activities to promote digitalization of the lawmaking process of the Parliament.
