On November 22, 2021, the Institute of Parliamentarism and the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring signed a Memorandum on mutual cooperation in the field of legislative and research activities.
Within the framework of the signed Memorandum, the parties agreed to carry out mutually beneficial cooperation in terms of conducting joint scientific research, scientific and practical conferences, symposiums, round tables and forums on topical issues of legal science and practice, strengthening the rule of law and the fight against crime.
The parties also identified as priorities the mutual consulting on topical issues of legal science and practice, the creation of joint author teams in order to develop methodological manuals and recommendations on law enforcement practice and legislative regulation.
