On January 27, 2022, the Committee on Legislation and Judicial Reform of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a regular meeting of the working group to discuss the draft law "On amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on improving enforcement proceedings" initiated by deputies of both Chambers of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the development of which a group of experts from the Institute of Parliamentarism participated.
Within the framework of the working group, the problematic moments of forced eviction during the heating season and other topical issues in the field of improving enforcement proceedings were discussed.
