On November 9, 2023 in the Majilis of the Parliament of the RK under the chairmanship of deputy Tanasheva Gauhar Shaimerdenovna held a working meeting on the development of the Housing Code.
The event was attended by deputies of the Majilis of the Parliament of the RK Nurgul Tau, Guldara Nurumova, representatives of the Institute of Parliamentarism, a representative of the public fund "Rukhtylar".
At the meeting were voiced problematic issues faced by large families, orphans, persons with disabilities, families with special children to obtain housing.
It should be noted that within the framework of the plan of interaction in the second session of the Majilis of the Parliament of VIII convocation the Institute of Parliamentarism actively assists in this deputy initiative. The Institute's experts analyze the current system, international practice, attract experts, as well as assist in the development of the text of relevant bills.
In order to develop this draft law, the Institute of Parliamentarism invites all interested persons, experts and analysts to participate in the discussion of the draft law.
