On November 17, 2023 in the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the chairmanship of the deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Kuspekov held a working meeting to discuss the bill on leasing.
Voicing a parliamentary inquiry Majilisman said that in Kazakhstan it is necessary to introduce a long-term financial instrument that will fundamentally solve the problem of borrowing of the population - leasing for individuals.
During the working meeting were discussed the terms of leasing to individuals, the subject of leasing, measures of state support of leasing activities, etc.
The event was attended by representatives of the Institute of Parliamentarism, Head of the Center for Private Legislation Meruert Kabylbaeva and chief specialist Asem Spanova, the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Development of the Financial Market, the Agency for Financial Monitoring, the Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan, NFP RK "Atameken", leasing companies and other experts.
Institute of Parliamentarism in order to develop this bill, invites all interested persons, experts and analysts to participate in the discussion of the bill.
