The Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic use "Institute of Parliamentarism" of the Logistics Department (hereinafter referred to as the Institute of Parliamentarism) was established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 15, 2020 No. 859, on behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K. Tokayev, given in the Address to the people of Kazakhstan dated September 2, 2019 "Constructive public dialogue is the basis of stability and prosperity in Kazakhstan", in order to further improve parliamentarism and strengthen the representative and legislative role of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
