In Zhetisu region, trainings were held on the topic: "Improving the effectiveness of maslikhat deputies and their interaction with the deputies of the Parliament". More than 150 deputies of maslikhats of Zhetisu region took part in the event.
The training was conducted by Kabylbaeva Meruert Alikhanovna - Head of the Center of Private Legislation of the Institute of Parliamentarism of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
It should be emphasized that the Head of State at the opening of the first session of the Parliament of the VIII convocation noted: "The Parliament and maslikhats should always work together. Then the state policy will be as harmonious as possible. The Center pays timely attention to large-scale issues that cannot be perceived by local authorities".
This training is aimed at providing deputies with basic knowledge on working with citizens' appeals, on orientation in the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, preparation of proposals to improve the norms and on the processes of normative activity, as well as training of deputies of a new format, whose activities are fully focused on quality and effective solution of problematic issues of the population.
We note that on behalf of the Senate of the Parliament, next year it is planned to conduct similar training in other regions of Kazakhstan.
