Legislative activities
-A total of 34 draft laws were developed in 2023.
-Of these, 19 draft laws were developed and sent to the Majilis during the first session of the 8th Parliament.
Including such bills as on education and mentoring, on science and technology policy, on banning the electronic system of nicotine consumption, on gambling, lotteries and lottery activities, on responsible treatment of animals and others.
-In the work plan for the second session of the VIII convocation - 11 bills.
Including such bills as on the protection of the rights of women and children, on the improvement of special social services, on improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities, "On seed production", on veterinary medicine, quarantine and plant protection and others.
-In the framework of cooperation with the Senate Project Office, 2 draft laws were prepared and submitted.
Analytical support was provided for 45 draft laws.
Monitoring and analysis of the current legislation in 27 areas was carried out.
43 events (round tables, international conferences, seminars, workshops with the participation of deputies and experts) were organized.
Expert opinions with legislative proposals on 68 draft laws were prepared and sent to the Majilis.
As part of the discussion of 48 draft laws in working groups, 553 legislative proposals were prepared and sent to the Majilis.
