Deputy Director of the Institute of Parliamentarism, Deputy Chairman of the National Commission for Women and Family and Demographic Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Lyazzat Suleimen visited the city of Arkalyk, Zhangeldinsky, Amangeldinsky districts of the Kostanay region, where she got acquainted with the condition of families affected by the flood. ️ ️
The meetings were organized by the National Commission, which provided humanitarian assistance to eight flood-affected regions.
L.Zh. Suleimen met with residents affected by the flood, and also visited the homes of several families who received assistance from the state. Residents of the region expressed gratitude for the prompt measures taken by the state in a difficult situation.
Humanitarian aid sent by the women's commissions of the East Kazakhstan, Pavlodar, Zhambyl regions was transferred to specially equipped warehouses, from where they will be supplied to those in need according to the established procedure. ️ ️
Currently, the construction of houses for citizens who have lost their homes continues. At the meeting, problematic issues were raised and found solutions; people were also provided with legal and psychological assistance.
