The chief specialist of the Center for Agrarian Issues, Ecology and Environmental Legislation of the Institute of Parliamentarism at the UDP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nurzhan Saulen, took part in the international scientific and practical conference “Administrative Law: Justification of an Administrative Act” held in Novosibirsk.
The conference was organized by the Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management within the framework of the VI International Legal Forum: “Law and Economics: National Experience and Development Strategies.”
As part of the conference, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Institute of Parliamentarism and the Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management.
The parties agreed on partnership in developing policies in the field of introducing artificial intelligence into the legislative process; conducting joint events, projects, scientific, practical and analytical research, round tables, carrying out joint publishing activities for the preparation and release of scientific publications and collections.
The rector of the Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management Pavel Novgorodov took part in the signing ceremony of the Memorandum.
