The third meeting of the Scientific Advisory Council (NCC) was held in the Constitutional Court, dedicated to the problems of property rights and the preparation of the draft annual message of the Constitutional Court "On the state of Constitutional Legality in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The meeting was attended by judges of the Constitutional Court, members of the NCC and foreign experts. The Institute of Parliamentarism under the UDP of the Republic of Kazakhstan was represented at the meeting by Almas Kanatov, Executive Director for rule-making, member of the NCC of the Constitutional Court, Candidate of Law.
The main task of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Constitutional Court is to prepare scientifically sound proposals and recommendations to ensure the supremacy of the Constitution and its direct effect on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Council also considers topical issues of constitutionalism and issues of improving the effectiveness of mechanisms for protecting constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens.
The NCC consists of 36 representatives of the scientific legal community.
