The Institute of Parliamentarism hosted a meeting of the staff with the deputy head of the State Institution "Management of Logistics" Alinur Bolatuly. During the event, he made a report on the main points of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of the country, and also held an explanatory conversation.
In his Message dated September 8, 2025, the President outlined the strategic priorities of the state's development for the coming years. Key initiatives include the creation of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, accelerating the adoption of the Digital Code, the establishment of the State Digital Asset Fund at the National Bank, the development of the digital city of Alatau, the adoption of a new Building Code, the construction of the second and third nuclear power plants, as well as the introduction of a unified platform for accounting for water resources.
Addressing the team, Alinur Bolatuly noted that the President's Address sets a clear vector for the country's development and requires the involvement of not only government agencies, but also the scientific community and civil society institutions.
The director of the Institute of Parliamentarism, N.V. Pan, stressed that the Institute always supports the initiatives of the Head of State and is ready to contribute to their implementation. According to her, the priority is expert support of legislative reforms, the preparation of analytical materials and the development of educational programs that meet the challenges of the time.
