On January 13, a scientific seminar titled "Sustainable Development of Legal Science: Doctrines and Concepts" was held at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Leading legal professionals, scholars, and experts discussed the most pressing issues and future prospects of the legal field, with a particular focus on mechanisms for adapting legal concepts to rapidly changing societal realities.
One of the key presentations was delivered by Saule Nurzhan, Senior Specialist at the Institute of Parliamentarism, on the topic "Adapting Legal Concepts to Social Changes: Challenges and Opportunities in the New Era." She emphasized the necessity of continuously modernizing legal theory and practice in response to contemporary economic and sociocultural challenges.
